【1】Liquid Sterilizing Filter The cylinder shell is generally made of stainless steel, serving as an efficient, energy-saving, and hermetically operated solid-liquid separation device. Internally, tubular filter elements such as polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, and polyethersulfone are used as filtering components. Depending on the filtering medium and design process, different filter elements are selected to meet the requirements for effluent water quality. The design structure is compact, with a small volume, making the installation and removal of filter elements very convenient, and the filter housing easy to clean. It consists of several filter elements vertically installed on a filter plate inside a sealed cylinder. It relies on the filter element as the filtering medium and operates through pressurized filtration within a sealed container.

This machine is compact, lightweight, easy to use, has a large filtration area, low clogging rate, fast filtration speed, is pollution-free, and exhibits excellent chemical stability. This filter can remove most particles, making it widely applicable for fine filtration and sterilizing filtration.

Filter Element Compatibility:

The stainless steel housing is compatible with various models of filter elements to meet users' filtration needs. The filtration accuracy ranges from 0.1μm to 100μm, with filter element lengths of 5, 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches. The filter housing can accommodate 1 to 150 filter elements. Available filter element materials include polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyethersulfone, etc.

Due to the varying pore sizes of filter elements, their flow rates differ. For example, a filter element with a pore size of 0.2-0.4μm has a standard pure water filtration capacity of 400-500 kg/h. To increase the hourly filtration volume, multiple filter elements or combinations of 20-inch, 30-inch, and 40-inch elements can be used. For instance, to filter 5t/h of sterile water, a filter with 0.22μm pore size, 30-inch length, and 7 filter elements can be selected. If the liquid contains many impurities and has high viscosity, a pre-filtration device should be added.

The selection of filter element pore size is also a critical aspect of the selection process. For sterilization, filter elements with pore sizes of 0.1μm, 0.22μm, or 0.45μm can be chosen. To remove particles, microorganisms, larger ions, and impurities from liquids, such as in baijiu, wine, oral solutions, etc., filter elements with pore sizes of 1-5μm can be used.
